We have a brilliant role for an energetic and experienced travel assistant. You role will be to fly with the Principal making sure he has everything he needs for his meetings and business trips. You will liaise with his executive team and provide private support where required. This role will only suit someone with no outside commitments as travel will be frequent and sometimes last minute. We are looking for candidates who have traveled with their Principal already and understand that this is most certainly not a 9-5. For the right individual, this role will be hugely rewarding, you will be part of a highly successful, dynamic and creative team.

Candidates must have/be;

At least 4 years experience as a PA
Good knowledge of LA, NYC, desirable
A caring, committed attitude
Well traveled
Highly organised
A complete team player
Practical with huge amounts of common sense
