IMG Studios is a state of the art facility housing 4 HD broadcast television studios, 13 production galleries, 4 dubbing suites, 72 edit destinations, 5 radio studios, an award winning 3D Graphics & Visual Effects team, large data centre, satellite farm and a Master Control Room (MCR), which includes 5 transmission suites and monitors over 200 HD lines in & out of the building.

We are looking for an assistant coordinator to join the Technical Services team, working alongside Project Managers on a range of sports properties. The role will involve helping coordinate the distribution of global sports events with broadcasters, internal sales and production teams, as well as satellite and fibre providers. Additionally, through accurate use of the in-house scheduling system, booking in the acquisition of live feeds and programming for IMG's in-house customers - including news, digital output and live channels - will form an integral part of the role.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, an eye for detail and experience using computer software, such as Microsoft Excel. Previous experience working in a satellite coordination role would be beneficial, as would good knowledge of sports and sports television production.

PLEASE NOTE: This role may include some late evening and weekend work as well as occasional foreign travel. This role will be based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
