We are a corporate communications company which believes in the value of film. We are looking for an organised, professional individual to be based in our London office and support our film team with media management and asset library administration.

Key responsibilities
• Archiving of film footage as it comes in from shoots and other sources
• Archiving of completed projects from the media server
• Upload of completed films to master library and website Vimeo accounts and update film library documents
• Eventually - the ingest new footage into projects.
• A rebuild of the master film library and asset library (onto Cirrus server).
• Review, care and maintenance of Vimeo Master Library (and website Vimeo library) and associated database
• Contributing to the addition of keywords to Vimeo films and master library database so that we can improve search by other terms than title
• Physical management of legacy project hard drives and eventual transfer to optical archive disc.

Experience and skills
• Good level of proficiency in computer tech - ideally a knowledge of MacOS - essential
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedure and protocol
• Flexible approach: able to move between tasks while executing and keeping track of each task in hand
• Good time management, self-motivation but ability to flag and seek guidance and input when unsure of matters
• An interest in film and television production
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere - desirable
• Proficiency in building, managing and using databases - desirable
