We are excited to be looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our Picture Head team in London. This position is ideal for a recent graduate looking for an entry-level role within the industry, with a keen eye and a general understanding of Post Production. The main responsibilities are to coordinate and review incoming/outgoing approvals and final deliverables within a fast-paced environment that provides Finishing and Localisation of promotional A/V materials for Film and Television (including Trailers, TV Spots, Social Media output, etc.). Job Responsibilities:• Coordinates and performs QC rounds at each stage of the Finishing process, including reviewing creative offlines and preps, client approval files, and final masters & deliverables• Works closely with the producers, editors, graphics artists and mixers of our team to ensure accurate prioritising of jobs and deliveries • Will be fully trained to learn about and subsequently ensure quality delivery across a vast variety of delivery formats such as ProRes, H265, XDCAM, AVC, DCP, etc. • Ensures the maintenance of Picture Head's exceptional standards in Finishing and Localisation delivery quality• Performs full evaluations, actively provides feedback, and is part of the subsequent problem-solving stages of A/V assets from simple human errors, sync, and content issues to digital anomalies and finishing artifacts • Ensures all associated content across different assets matches creative and branding requirements applicable to each request by being closely involved with the Producer team in reviewing and ingesting creative material prior to Finishing• Content QC of localised files into multiple languages with reference translation sheets• Assists with other general support functions such as scheduling, trackers, and handovers, as required by the Production teamRequirements:• A general understanding of Post Production • A general understanding of file formats and delivery specifications • Possesses a keen eye for detail and is able to quickly identify errors and inconsistenciesCompetencies:• Excellent communication skills• Thrives in a fast paced, creative environment• Highly motivated and organized, with the ability to multitask• Able to build partnerships with both local and international teams• Open to feedback and nimble in the face of changing deadlines and priorities• Able to accommodate a flexible shift if required• Keen to learn and grow into further roles such as production, editing or graphics
