Overall purpose of the job:
To assist the Production and Technical departments and wider 59 team in the preparation and realization of all 59 projects and company activities. To gain professional technical experience within a busy design studio working across a range of UK based and international projects. To work as a cohesive member of the team and provide support and facilitation across a range of projects and company tasks as required.

Day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

¥ Assisting in the technical set up of projects
¥ Assisting with on-site work as necessary
¥ Assisting in the production of technical specifications and costings
¥ Drafting
¥ Producing schematics
¥ Logistics: arranging delivery and collection of equipment etc.
¥ Administration and documentation as required
¥ Management of technical stock; creation and management of office inventory
¥ Model box presentation setups
¥ Meeting room AV management and meeting setups
¥ Working with the IT department (external) on general IT setups and maintenance
¥ Point of contact for all technical deliveries; dealing with couriers and drivers
¥ General office assistance as required
