Team Assistant - Content

London

In your multi-tasking role you will be assisting the Content Team with project coordination, compiling insights for our key strategic projects, assisting with content production initiatives, owning the content management team meetings and routines, managing expenses and booking meeting rooms & travel.

We are a diverse, dynamic and high energy team, and we're looking for someone to match our energy and join our close knit content family.

What you'll do:
* Administration supporting the full management team including booking rooms and conference calls, sending diary invites to internal and external stakeholders to fix timings for meetings (inc. meeting room & conference dialling info if required), taking minutes, booking travel & processing expenses.
* Support project coordination with our strategy team, keeping the management team on track with our project governance
* Support our quality driven projects, taking on ad hoc tasks
* Helping to compile our training and guideline formation
* Support our management team with routine building, from daily stand ups to cross departmental regular meetings
* Align with other Creative Operations assistants to support cross functional project building
* Support the senior team with general content management tasks e.g. OKR tracking, talent mapping etc.

Who you are:
* Proactive, self-starter, very hard worker & with a flexible mindset
* Empathetic and appreciative of an open and transparent working environment
* Excellent communication and social skills to deliver best in class client service levels
* Proficient user of Keynote / Google Slides / Google Sheets/ Word
* Experience of working in an e-Commerce / retail/ publishing/ editorial environment preferable
* A proven ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
* Stakeholder management skills
* Passionate about high quality, customer driven content
