A role in Talent is never quiet, no two days are ever the same. We work in a fast paced environment, with lots of plates to spin and multiple shows to crew, so a love of admin, systems and processes is key to the role.

We are potentially looking to grow and develop some new talent within our team and would love to know who might be interested in the opportunity.

This talent pool is more of an expression of interest than anything else at the moment, and may initially be used to cover any of our short term needs, however we would really love to hear from you and your reasons as to why you feel like a career in Talent Management might be suited to you.

If you are a Researcher/AP or a Production Coordinator, then this might be the ideal role for you. Must have experience using macs, gmail, google drive, google sheets, google docs and google slides and be super efficient and organised. You will be able to draw upon your knowledge of production and your peers to make suitable suggestions for new talent.

You'll be expected to manage your own time efficiently and to work flexibly to fulfil the role. You'll need a friendly attitude and a willingness to work cooperatively as part of a team. You should have the ability to assess priorities and adapt to fast changing circumstances and be able to work under pressure to set deadlines. Great communication skills are a must and previous experience of interviewing desirable.
