We are looking for an intern to provide administration and support for all bookers and admin staff.

Duties will include:
* Booking in artists for castings
* Putting together light boxes of models/actors for clients
* Preparing model cards
* Updating news and helping edit agency website.
* Checking self-tapes
* Preparing licenses for artists booked on jobs
* Updating social media when required.

Skills & Experience required:
* Sound knowledge of outlook, word, excel, and photoshop a bonus
* Looking for self motivated individuals
* A team player who has a positive outlook.
* Outside of the box thinkers with excellent administration and organisation skills
* An excellent phone manner.
* Someone who is outgoing and enthusiastic, a real go getter and committed to the role.

This internship is full time, but the right candidate will be offered a full time assistant job at the end of the internship.
