Job Summary:Working in a team, the Content Distribution Supervisor is responsible of delivery of digital broadcast materials for allocated clients and/or channels across specific markets, within agreed timelines, for International Non-Linear Disney Channel, FOX channel and Nat Geo channel VOD deals.Demonstrating excellent customer focus and communication skills, the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure is essential. The Supervisor works closely with their Manager and team members to ensure SLA's are met, whilst proactively maintaining a strong technical knowledge and awareness of industry trends to respond appropriately to the changing needs of the business. The Supervisor provides support to the Team Manager, including coaching the team, approving orders, running internal team meetings, and working with senior stakeholders as required.Responsibilities:Account manage content delivery to specific platforms, and across assigned projects.Use technical expertise and knowledge of formats, post production activities and different methods of delivery to choose the most cost effective, high quality means of servicing and supporting the customer.Negotiate timelines with external suppliers, track and co-ordinate projects.Regularly communicate with Clients/Platforms to understand their technology developments, and where we can target our service and content to add value.Work closely with Content Customer Services and the On-boarding team to test new delivery formats, onboard new platforms and assess associated costs as required.Contribute to the team, and collaborate on specific projects and opportunities to improve workflows.Provide support to the Team Manager, including coaching the team, approving orders and working with senior stakeholders as required.Review all assigned Deals to determine delivery requirements, priorities and identify costsCo-ordinate end to end delivery of technical materials, and supplementary metadata and artwork to ClientsResearch Inventory to establish available elements to fulfil client requirementsBasic Qualifications:Experience in TV Distribution/Post Production requiredExperience of File based and High Definition technology, New Media and electronic file deliveryExcellent administrative and project management skills essentialHigh level of computer literacy essentialExperience of managing people is an advantageAdditional Information:The Perks:25 days annual leavePrivate medical insurance & dental careDisney+ annual subscriptionFree Park Entry: You will have the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for freeDisney Discounts: you are entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort F&B and ticketingExcellent parental leaveBusiness Resource Groups - Women @ Disney, Diversity @ Disney, Pride @ Disney etc.
