Where does this role fit in?

We have a new Studio Production Manager role on our Halfords account, managing the content creation and delivery of internal and external projects across multiple channels.

Managing our talented team of videographers and photographers at Halfords, the Studio Production Manager will drive the end to end production process including initial briefing, creative development, creative pitching, production and delivery. They will ensure that all assets created hit the initial brief, meet brand guidelines and are channel specific.

The Studio Production Manager will work closely with The Content Marketing Manager to develop content strands and ideas for internal and external projects that require video and photo support. They will work collaboratively across the Group Advertising and Digital Marketing team including working very closely with our Social Media and Brand teams.

This role is also responsible for talent development, ensuring that the studio team are working towards personal and business objectives whilst also managing their time and output effectively.
