Studio Production Assistant

London

The Studio Production team are now seeking a talented Assistant to join the team based in our offices in London. Reporting into the Studio Production Manager, you will be tasked with providing a high level of support to the production team and the wider studio. This will be a challenging role and you will need to be organised, with high attention to detail and the ability to take the lead on a variety of projects.

You Will:

Provide general administrative support to the Studio Production Team including purchase-order invoicing, travel organisation and expense management.
Prepare agendas and taking minutes for meetings as requested.
Liaise regularly with Studio managers and team leaders to ensure a comprehensive on-boarding of new hires.
Organise studio tours and 'Life of a PID'.
Update, maintain and distribute the studio team overview document.
Be the point of liaison with HR, facilities and Service desk to ensure all studio members are fully equipped.
Keep up to date on current and forthcoming studio projects and events.
Provide new ideas, incentives and initiatives to further elevate the studio environment and team morale.
Chair the Studio Committee on a fortnightly basis and ensuring full participation from all studio teams.
Complete general admin and team support, plus adhoc project work.

You Have:

Proven success in an administrative/head office position, ideally within a large, global fashion/retail business.
Excellent organisation skills and ability to work methodically and efficiently with the ability to self-motivate and drive initiative.
Excellent detail-oriented and deadline driven skills, and an ability to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills. Can work independently in a structured manner.
A flexible attitude and ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A demonstrated understanding of the Studio Production team with the ability to identify needs to support changes and implement new processes and procedures.
Proactive, self-confidence, highly motivated team player attitude.

Hours:

You will work Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm (37.5 hours per week).
