Working within the Sound department you would be joining a talented team and will get the opportunity to experience many different events, in the world of Sport, News and Entertainment.

Our Sound team is responsible for delivering the highest quality audio for our clients, both external and within Sky, and is highly respected within the broadcast industry.

What you'll do:
Work across a wide selection of programmes produced by Sky
Assist the sound supervisor with rigging and testing audio equipment
Set up communications between studio and outside broadcast facilities
Progress onto mixing Sky's broadcast output
What you'll bring:
Passion for News and Sport and excited about being part of the team behind our coverage
A team player with an enthusiasm for learning new skills
A good communicator
Experience of working in a broadcast television environment
Good understanding of broadcast audio equipment
Experience with talkback systems
An understanding of microphone techniques

Sky Production Services is the home of content creation and innovation for Sky and beyond. We provide outstanding facilities and talent for storytellers, including Studios, Post Production and other content production resources. Where you'll work:
Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There's also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
