We are seeking a Womenswear Social Media Editor to join our Brand team. Reporting to the Head of Social and Digital Campaigns, you will be responsible for delivering engaging social media content covering fashion, brands, relevant culture stories, travel and marketing messages across all MATCHESFASHION womenswear social media channels. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for all output across the MATCHESFASHION menswear and womenswear channels. A key touchpoint for the MATCHESFASHION brand, this social role is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be part of an innovative retailer and leader in the luxury space.

DRIVE AND MANAGE the daily and weekly content calendars for all womenswear social channels
WRITE engaging copy that is reflective of the MATCHESFASHION tone of voice
PRODUCE posts across all social media channels that drive traffic, engagement and revenue
SELECT product and imagery for womenswear channels that are in-line with key business messages
WORK with the design, picture and video teams to create and choose relevant assets for all posts
REVIEW and report on performance of content on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
PROACTIVELY LIAISE between the content, market, ecommerce, fashion, press and partnerships teams to ensure a joined-up approach to social media that meets business needs
ORGANISE and lead social strategy meetings with fashion, market and brand teams
MONITOR content activity of competitors both in ecommerce and editorial
REACT to analytics and reporting and make relevant changes to content based on this
PRESENT upcoming social media plans to relevant departments, and use findings from the meetings to ensure social media content is responding to business needs
LIAISE with brands to acquire imagery, quotes and social plans when relevant
MANAGE social media plans for key product launches, affiliate projects, influencer campaigns and brand promotions, creating bespoke strategies and sharing with relevant internal and external teams
ATTEND events at 5 Carlos Place and external locations, working with talent, photographers and videographers to produce content for social media channels as required
STAY up to date on all social media advancements and updates to relevant platforms and report back to the business
WORK closely with strategic partnership, events and press teams on talent for social campaigns, event coverage and takeovers
SUPPORT and contribute to MATCHESFASHION menswear social channels when required

Requirements
A keen interest in social media and all things digital
Experience using Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn
A passion for womenswear fashion and an encyclopaedic knowledge of brands and designers
Experience of working in a fast-moving, reactive environment with competing deadlines and priorities
An eye for detail and ability to pull together products and visuals that reflect the MATCHESFASHION luxury aesthetic
Ability to stay focused and efficient when managing multiple priorities
Proven ability to work independently and achieve set KPIs
Strong writing skills and the ability to write short captions in a timely manner
Experience in creating a bespoke visual and written tone of voice
Excellent command of the English language
Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
Familiarity with platforms for scheduling, reporting and publishing on social media
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
Experience in Photoshop and InDesign preferred
Previous experience working in fashion, editorial and/or social media
