The Social Creative Producer is a versatile digital native with excellent multimedia skills. The primary function will be to create content and execute strategies to manage and engage our digital and social communities; leading with 4Music and Trending Live. The Social Creative will be an all-round social guru, adept at producing videos with graphics and writing thumb stopping copy from scratch, to engage our 16-22 demographic across key social networks. This is a key role within the Marketing team, working alongside the Marketing & Communities Exec and the rest of the Marketing and Production teams.Main Responsibilities, Activities and Key Desirables:• Plan and implement a compelling social strategy with the marketing team, which builds a loyal follower base across all relevant social networks • Create "must share" social content (video and graphics) from scratch that drives conversation and promotes the Trending Live show and 4Music channel • Combine an "always on" approach that keeps the pages alive between shows and campaign bursts which amplify the on-air campaign calendar • Monitor page performance and translate data insights into actionable content wins • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communities Exec to win paid support • Concept and execute interactive programming formats with the wider teamRequired Skills and Experience:• Lover of music and pop-culture • Marketing tech geek and a fast learner • Demonstrated social media expert with a proven track record of creating content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube • Demonstrated ability to answer a brief, nurturing ideas from concept to birth, creating and editing video content (Adobe Creative Cloud - Premiere, Photoshop experience essential) • An impressive demonstrated understanding of social network algorithms and how this impacts content and publishing plans • Thrives as part of a team and working independently • Demonstrated experience of Intellectual Property and Publishing Law in a social context.
