We're looking for a creative, organised and motivated Shooting Producer to join our growing production team at Culture Trip. Based in our London office you will produce highly engaging videos for our website and social channels. You will research, pitch, produce and edit high quality films that inspire our audience to travel and learn about all the interesting differences around the world. Your role will involve shooting and editing video but also delivering work shot by freelance remote filmmakers in other countries, UGC content from contributors and in-house productions. Creative, communicative and collaborative, you will have a strong sense of storytelling and good experience of delivering visually memorable productions. It's important in this role that you have a strong appreciation of cultural subtleties, as we create films that span territories across the globe.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Consistently produce, shoot and edit films with an emphasis on storytelling * Manage multiple creative assignments in a hands-on fashion during all stages of development, from ideation through post-production * Responsible for delivering high quality and engaging video that supports Culture Trip's mission, and within tight budgets * Work closely with the production Lead, Production Coordinator and Post-production Manager to make sure maximum output is achieved each month * Help build our brand awareness through your workDESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * A degree in film production (or relevant other qualification) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role * Understanding of storytelling and what makes an engaging visual story * Strong knowledge of camera equipment (preferable with Sony FS5, Sony a7s, or similar cameras) * Proficient in lighting and audio techniques * Must have solid editing skills using Adobe Premiere * Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus * Remote production experience is a plus * Commercial video experience is a plus too * You should be passionate about creating exciting, inspiring, and snackable films about cultures and experiences all around the world * The ability to work at speed in a fast turnaround environment, without sacrificing quality of content. * Appreciation of global audience and subtlety of cultural differences across the world * Be comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously * Passion for culture, travel, food, art, lifestyle topics will come in handy * You must be open to new ways of thinking and operating, always challenging yourself * You need to be an enthusiastic and dynamic yet collaborative team player with a high degree of integrity and personal responsibilityCulture Trip is committed to equality of opportunity for all.
