Everyone at DRPG has a purpose, and yours is to mesmerize audiences with films that truly transport and encapsulate. You will take our clients to places they've only dreamed of and craft stories they never thought could be told.

The way you roll...
Filmmaking runs through your veins. You are passionate about creating films that deliver on DRPG's philosophy of "Anything's Possible". You're decisive and logical and love working at a cracking pace. Your ability to interrogate a client brief and devise the best creative approach is second to none and you love making films which resonate (ding dong).

Managing clients is a cinch for you and you're happy working in a team or solo (cue "All By Myself" at full volume).

How you make it all possible...
Taking new briefs, interrogating and challenging them ("you talkin' to me?")
Managing the overall production and crafting the project to fit the parameters of the brief, budget and timeframe
Developing creative proposals
Creative development & scripting
Self-shooting and directing on location
Editing
Client management & client liaison

What's in your toolbox...
At least four years agency or production experience.
A whiz at using the Sony A7S, FX6 or similar and know how to get the best out of each camera.
Experience in using grip equipment and lighting equipment
Competence in Premiere including basic sound design and colour grading
A track record of delivering high-quality content regardless of scope, budget and timeline

The role will be based primarily in Manchester, but there will be times when you'll need to work from our other offices and undertake other related commercial duties both in the UK and overseas. Flexibility is key!
