Shooting Producer Director
Bristol/remote and on location
We are seeking a self-shooting Producer/ Director to work on an exciting new wildlife series.
The role will include setting up and helping produce the shoots, shooting on location and then taking one episode through the edit.
Successful applicants will need to have previous experience of directing natural history programmes as well as a passion for developing animal characters and excellent knowledge of the latest camera technology.
You'll also need a proven track record of Edit Producing.
A background in Primates would be helpful, but it's not essential.
Start date is ideally mid-May but there is flexibility to wait till mid-June for the right person. The contract runs until October/ November 2021.
You'll be on location for 8 weeks (incl. quarantine) and there are potentially another 2 weeks UK red list quarantine on return (though we'll know about this nearer the time) so please only apply if you're happy with being away for that length of time.
Our offices are based in Bristol, but we are happy to consider remote working for this role.
