Self Shooting AP needed in Plymouth for Impossible Engineering for Discovery Science. You will need a solid factual / specialist factual background and strong shooting skills. The role is to start asap for approx. 5 months We are looking for somebody with a great factual background, preferably with strong experience in engineering or science programme-making. You'll have a knack for taking a complicated subject and putting it across in a simple, easy to understand way to make interesting and informative television. You'll have extensive experience of setting up filming around the world and you'll be a confident self-shooter, operating in a small two-person team. Experience making programmes for Discovery and UKTV would be a bonus. The role is based in our Devon office on the outskirts of Plymouth with a fair amount of pre-production and extensive (often international) travel.
