As Shooter/editor you'll be an essential part of the video team working on a wide range of video projects across Global and its brands. You'll play a major part in a wide range of productions and help create exciting and engaging content, from filming live multi-camera events and interviews to editing short and long-form videos for social and broadcast.
This role requires you to have extensive knowledge of cameras, lighting and filming techniques, as well as a great technical understanding of post-production workflows and processes, including grading and keying. You'll need an extensive knowledge of editing techinques and you'll be expected to have good experience with Adobe Premiere Pro & Creative Cloud.

Learnt how to vision mix our multi-cam radio studios
Been part of a wide range of shoots and projects both from our studios and off-site
Edited a wide range of content for our editorial and internal video teams
Worked with members of the video team and created exciting and engaging videos
Responsibilities of the role
You will be responsible for looking after and managing our in-house studios and kit
Take a lead on the running of our media servers and archive processes
To take the lead on camera and lighting requirements on internal and external shoots
Work closely with the video content producers, contributing ideas and advising them on the latest kit and techniques for their shoots
Help improve the quality and consistency of the content we produce
What you will need
To have extensive knowledge of professional cameras, lenses & lighting
Over 3 years of filming experience at a professional level
Over 3 years of experience of editing with extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere
A great understanding of post-production with a particular focus on grading and editing
Graphics skills - basic knowledge of after effects and photoshop is a bonus
Vision mixing - live and multi-camera vision mixing experience is an advantage
To have a keen interest in all aspects of video production and be on top of all the latest technologies in filming, lighting and shooting techniques
To be an excellent communicator and thrive in high-pressure situations
Be a fast learner, willing to test yourself
