SERIES PRODUCER (NEW BBC DOCUMENTARY SERIES)

Contract: 6 Months

A busy television production company are looking for a Series Producer to work across a new 6 x 30' access-based observational documentary series for BBC Three. This series will partly be shot fixed-rig but with additional self-shooters on the ground.

The Series Producer will be managing a large team, maintaining access, overseeing compliance and looking after schedules. They will also be responsible for identifying stories, managing relationships with contributors, making key editorial decisions during filming and overseeing the edits.

This is an opportunity for a Series Producer, happy to work from Glasgow, with at least two SP credits on observational documentaries for the BBC, ITV or Channel 4, who is strong with editorial, compliance and access. Fixed-rig experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
