Series Producer - Marquee wildlife / science series for major global streamer

Plimsoll is looking for a creative Series Producer/Showrunner to lead an ambitious, innovative landmark series for a high-profile streamer that will blend the most exciting aspects of nature and science filming. Plimsoll has built a reputation within the wildlife filmmaking industry for telling new stories from fresh perspectives and this project promises to push the boundaries of storytelling, visual filmmaking, production values and camera technology like never before. Contract for 2.5 years from early Spring 2021, initially working from home and then based full time in our Bristol office.

We are looking for Series Producer to work with our BAFTA and Emmy award-winning team. Considered as one of the most important upcoming titles and brands for the streaming service, this large-scale production will be creatively challenging, technically innovative and a career defining opportunity for the successful candidate.

You will need to have experience of managing a large team, overseeing multiple complex foreign shoots, the latest camera technology, running multiple edits, and must display a passion for storytelling, a strong creative and visual flair. A strong track record in wildlife and science filming is desirable.
