Senior Videographer

We are looking for a Senior Videographer to join our fast-growing team!

The Role:
Working with Art Director, Video Director and Founder to understand the vision of the film or video product
Support with creative ideation and storyboarding assets
Shoot video assets on your own and also take ownership to more projects as we grow
Filming in studio and in location
Filming at Founder's private home, setting up temporary coloramas and adjusting lights where needed
Creating an equipment list and working with producer on hiring all necessary equipment ahead of every shoot
Setting up all equipment needed for each shoot, either in a studio or in-house, including cameras, audio recorders, microphones, lighting, and all props
Working with Art director and testing coloramas and backgrounds that are more suitable for the shoot
Packing up all equipment and arranging redelivery
Working with Product Marketing Manager in understanding availability of products
Taking care of broken or damaged equipment, either fixing it or arranging a professional to fix.
Troubleshoot problems with equipment
Working in the studio as part of the production team but also at home supporting the Video production team with post production

Requirements
Extensive, demonstrable experience in videography within the beauty industry
Excellent working knowledge and significant experience using cameras like Arri/Red/Black Magic but also using iPhones and mobile devices
Knowledge of makeup
Knowledge of filming, lighting and sound equipment
In depth knowledge of Premiere Pro/Adobe Creative Cloud
Data Wrangling and labelling knowledge - able to do it following in-house rules
Ability and willingness to travel to other venues (than the office) for shooting as required
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Flexible and resilient with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
