In-house creative teams work with a global network of more than 300 freelance creators to produce articles, videos, photography, illustration and animation.
From just a dozen people in late 2016, the team has expanded to more than 250. This diverse
group of software engineers, product designers, data scientists, editorial experts and content
creators are spread across offices in London, New York City and Tel Aviv. Alumni of companies
including Google, Facebook, Expedia, Lonely Planet, Viacom and the BBC have joined recently.
Series B funding of $80 million, led by the PPF Group, has further propelled rapid growth.
Monthly unique visitors to the site have gone from four million to over 15 million, cross-platform
social followers have increased from one million to seven million and app downloads have leapt
from 50,000 to over two million. Culture Trip videos have been viewed more than two billion times.

We're looking for a creative, organised and motivated Senior Video Editor to join our growing production team here at Culture Trip. You will be in charge of ensuring that our video content produced in various countries around the world is edited to an exceptional quality.
You will be comfortable with fast turnarounds and will be able to articulate your ideas clearly and confidently. It's important in this role that you have a strong appreciation of cultural subtleties, as we create films that span territories across the globe. You will create films that convey this diversity, while adhering to a recognisable Culture Trip style, which you will help evolve. You will report directly to our Production Lead at our London office.

Main Responsibilities:
* Raise our bar in terms of creativity in post production
* Consistently turn around creative edits with videos ranging from 2-10 minutes in length.
* Lead our in-house post-production team, maximising efficiency across our current post workflows.
* Work alongside our Supervising Producer to agree on and create edit schedules.
* Develop our team's visual storytelling.
* Contribute to our evolving house style guide.
Desired Skills & Experiences:
* 3-5+ years of professional editing experience
* Extensive knowledge of Premiere Pro CC is a must
* Strong After Effects knowledge is essential
* Experience leading or managing an edit team
* Strong understanding of the various aspects of post-production workflow: from edit to grade, post and sound design
* Knowledge of wider post-production processes, such as animation and motion gfx is a plus, as we work with in-house animators
* You will be a natural storyteller
* You will have ability to work at speed in a fast turnaround environment, without sacrificing quality of content
* You will be comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
