We are looking for a talented and experienced candidate who is ready for a new challenge and has a proven track record working on AAA titles.

As senior technical animator, you will be the driving force to constantly push the quality and efficiency of animation data in game, collaborating with animators and programmers on a daily basis. You will assist in developing and maintaining our game rigs, as well as our in house Maya tools.

Key Responsibilities
You will assist and review existing workflows and tool systems and also develop and maintain animation, rigging and pipeline tools. Within this role you will provide additional technical support to animation teams collaborating and communicating with riggers, animators, artists and animation programmers.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience
Essential
* Excellent knowledge of Python
* Excellent knowledge of Maya
* Excellent understanding of animation systems
* Strong understanding of 3D math (linear algebra, vector and matrix math)
* Strong understanding of optimisation and performance processes
* Extensive experience designing and maintaining tools in a production environment
* Previously shipped AAA titles in an equivalent role.
Desirable
* Experience with complex face rig setup
* Experience with C++
* Experience with Motionbuilder
* Experience with 3DS Max
