A demonstrated ability to inform creative direction through insights and data as well as experience of pitch structure and design

Knowledge of how creative should be approached for multiple touchpoints across various digital platforms, including Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat & YouTube
Deep knowledge of media strategy/formats and platform distribution (organic and paid)

Dedicated, hardworking, and organised with a strategic and creative approach
Ability to learn fast and take initiative - comfortable with taking on new projects
Ability to draw insights from figures and performance
Attention to detail is a must

We want to find people who believe in our goals and feel inspired enough to grow while they're here to fill the role, rather than someone who checks the boxes but isn't invested. We encourage you to apply and show us what you've got.
If you require reasonable accommodation during the application and selection process, please let us know. We will work together to best meet your needs.
