Future Studios is expanding - and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Production Manager to join the team on a 6 -12 month freelance contract basis, with potential opportunity to extend.

This important new operational role will involve leading a newly-created team of editors to produce engaging short-form video content right across Future's diverse range of brands. We are establishing a new team in Future's Reading office, and you will be responsible for running that team. You will work alongside the Senior Producer, and Director of Commissioning, ensuring that the team is producing large quantities of compelling video that meets the requirements of a host of different market-leading brands.

Requirements
Proven experience in managing end-to-end production of digital content at scale, on a global level.
Experience working on short-form documentary content & social media reversions in various aspect ratios is preferred.
An understanding of different social media video platforms' content and audience and a passion for social media.
Great team management skills, with a proven record of keeping teams happy and motivated in busy, demanding environments.
An understanding of and compliance with production policies, guidelines, legislative and regulatory requirements (with particular emphasis on risk management, editorial policy and data protection).
A general understanding of rights for various archive libraries is also preferable.
