Senior Production Manager- Amazon Tennis

Reporting to the Production Executive, the Senior Production Manager will manage all Amazon Tennis related productions

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Responsible for the management of the overall live production schedule, crew and production staff
Develop an effective relationship with internal facility providers and other external suppliers, ensuring regular communication, and able to troubleshoot issues and potential delays
Experience of managing production teams (including production staff at Production Management, Production Assistant and Production Coordinator level)
Previous experience of OB's and live studios (preferably UK and international OBs)
Responsible for talent; including contracts, scheduling, and event time logistics
Responsible for the management of programmes and ensuring programmes are produced efficiently and on budget and adhere to compliance and H&S guidelines
To control the management of programme budgets and monitor all programme costs to ensure that budgets are met, appropriate efficiencies achieved, and appropriate margins are attained
Provide accurate financial forecast and production updates to the Production Executive, identifying problems/risks in time to provide workable solutions
You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job
Knowledge and Experience
Previous Production Management experience as an established Production Manager, working on studio, and Live OB sports programming
Experience of managing production teams (including production staff at Production Management, Production Assistant and Production Coordinator level)
Extensive knowledge of post-production paperwork, archive clearance, music clearance, filming permits, contracts, insurance, risk assessments and Health and Safety
Previous experience on OB's and live, preferably UK and international OB's
Previous experience of managing and forecasting large multiple programme budgets
Working Conditions
This is a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2022 based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge
Weekend working and unsocial hours possible
Some travel to national and international outside broadcasts may be necessary
