Zest4.TV requires a Production Co-ordinator to manage the vital administrative tasks required to keep our crews working effectively and provide a high level of service to our clients. You will report to our Operations Director.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a small and growing company. This is an administrative role and you will have relevant experience in a similar role in the UK broadcast, media or live events industries.ResponsibilitiesAccount Management for main clientsAttend site visits and client meetingsCarry out project de-brief meetings with crew and clientsArranging and carrying out Project Manager meetingsManaging staff hours/OT/Lieu/Holiday/SicknessGeneral logistical planning for bookings regarding kit & crewCreation of project documentsQuote preparationSupporting & Managing the Junior Production CoordinatorPre-requisite skills and education- Experience in industry- Secondary education with good grades in English and Maths (B or higher)- Creative and logical mind, with strong problem solving and IT skills- Clean, tidy appearance and professional manner- Highly organised individual with acute attention to detail and information retention- Excellent spoken and written English- Customer service experience- Ability to be flexible working under pressure, frequently working with no direct supervisionBonus skills:Interest in the technical aspects of the industryLocation- Sunbury-on-Thames- You will ideally live within 45 mins of Sunbury-on-Thames. Our crews work long hours and you may be required to be flexible to the needs of the business (work some late days or possibly weekends) during busy periods. You will need a convenient home location. Home-working is allowed by ad hoc arrangement.- Full, clean manual driving licence mandatorySalary- Salary from £27,000 gross, negotiable depending on experience- Overtime payments are possible. More details available if we proceed your application.Working HoursThe working hours for this role are Monday - Friday during office working hours with some flexibility required. You will be a adaptable and motivated person, understanding that our industry operates 24/7/365.
