This role entails...The Senior Producer role is to support ITV Creative and the Head of Campaign Production in producing priority or commercial integrated campaigns and projects across all, but not limited to, ITV platforms and media. This will include producing projects for external clients and other areas of the businessSome Key Responsibilities:As allocated by Head of Campaign Production, the Senior Producer will produce integrated priority campaigns across all media where requiredWorking into the Head of Campaign Production within a team of Producers and Production Managers, the Senior Producer will have a good understanding of the creative vision and strategy for the output they are working on so they can support the ECD, CD, Creative & Director on projectsWork closely with the Campaign Management team to support new working processes & maintain communication across projects where requiredEnsuring all ITV Creative productions are produced in a sustainable manner with full Albert CertificationMaintain and build strong relationships with production companies, post production facilities, shoot crews and external productions partnersResponsible for financial processes, including: managing campaign budgets; reconciliation; raising contracts; and overseeing purchase ordering & invoicingCommunicating any budget issues in a timely manner with the Head of Campaign Production to ensure delivery of projects on budget. Responsible for ensuring budget meets expectations of creative, production and marketing & providing financial data as required on all relevant campaignsEnsure day to day financial processes are carried out efficiently, music returns, legal contracts, Albert certification and NDAs are returned accurately across the Production TeamEnsure compliance with Ofcom, editorial policy (compliance) and production guidelines including Health and Safety proceduresLine managing the Production Manager and Team Producers and identifying development needs for production staff and fulfil them through the allocation and conversations with the Head of Campaign ProductionFostering a team atmosphere and encouraging sharing of skills and knowledgeChampioning the production area and staff amongst the wider ITV Creative team and wider ITVEnsuring accurate contracting of freelancers and ensuring costs are controlled efficientlyTroubleshooting potential issues quickly and finding resolutions especially related to production issuesEnsuring all output is editorially accurate and technically compliantTo have a responsibility for health and safety of all Production staff and freelancers on ITV premises or attending shootsTo work through performance issues with the Production team as and when necessaryActing responsibly and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times, especially around sensitive company information or personnel matterTo be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:Computer literate both in MAC and PCAbility to build and maintain relationships with a variety of demanding clients, external production contacts and talentPossess clear and effective communication skills and maintain relationshipsAbility to cope under extreme pressureA high level of understanding of the broadcast productions, including TV, Digital and Print advertisingAbility to negotiate and influence stakeholders and external production contactsManage conflict and difficult situationsUnderstanding of production processes, timings, resources and all delivery processesKnowledge of office administration - Word, Powerpoint, keynote, Excel, Googlemail, IBusiness etcExcellent time and organisational managementAbility to work in a high pressured, reactive environmentMaintain a high level of accuracy in email communication and documentsHonest and trustworthyHelpful and supportive to others within the departmentFlexible and passionate about your work, with a willingness to learn and developPlease note previous experience of working in a major UK broadcaster or ad agency is essential
