SENIOR PRODUCER, TV PROGRAMMINGPRODUCT MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT | LONDONThe Rational Group (the "Group"), a part of the Amaya Gaming Group, is a global leader in online gaming and operates the largest and most popular poker brands in the world, including PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker. This role is in the London service office, in the production department.Job PurposeThe Video Content Agency is our in-house production and post production team, producing high quality global television programming, live streaming and short and long form digital content to our Poker, Casino and Sportsbook businesses.Reporting to the Head of Video Content Agency, the role will manage the production of central AFPs, specifically The PokerStars Championship tournament and cash game programming, as well as working across all other agency output ensuring productions standards are met.Working closely with the Head of the Video Content Agency, Senior Manager Video Creative and Senior Editorial Manager, the role will drive the editorial of engaging AFPs and manage all aspects of the production process end to end.Responsibilities*Ensuring all departmental programming output meets production and broadcasting standards, including supervising and signing off edits, and mastering shows*Organising planning meetings, booking crew and assigning resources*Putting together daily shooting schedules and coordinating production team on location*Crafting series narratives and developing character storylines*Conducting show viewings and providing feedback*Supporting the budgeting processes of AFPs with the Senior Production Manager*Working with the Senior Post Production Coordinator to ensure that schedules meet delivery deadlines*Managing relationships with other verticals and any internal clients, and the creation and delivery of content to their briefs*Understanding the technical capabilities of the equipment needed for all aspects of production*Managing, attending and directing shoots on location in the UK and abroad*Managing, attending and directing edits and voiceover sessions with staff and talent*Creating and implementing new strands within programming*Aiding the Executive Producer, Senior Manager, Video Creative and Senior Editorial Manager in all areas of the production processSkills & Capabilities*Proven experience producing and managing long-form television programming*Hands-on individual with excellent critical eye*Natural leader but excellent team player*Strong creative thinker*Excellent communicator - both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills*Excellent interview skills*Deadline-focused*Ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change*Able to lead work with outside suppliers where required*Confident managing and directing crewsOur values*Focus on the customer*Work as a team*Strive for excellence*Have courage*Show passion#PS
