A great Senior Producer role at a leading creative agency, responsible for overseeing film production projects from beginning to end, including short films and series for digital and social media.

The COMPANY
Our client is a creative content agency, creating innovate videos for a variety of high profile clients.

The ROLE
You will manage entire projects, leading project teams of full-time staff and freelancers.

Key Responsibilities -
• Manage briefs for new projects, working with the creative team to create carefully crafted content.
• Locate and recruit appropriate influencer and celebrity talent, and manage relationships to ensure they are long-lasting
• Determine and recruit appropriate best-in-class crew and cast
• Supervise post-production process, managing edit feedback from clients and stakeholders and changes to edits
• Collaborate to draft budgets and production schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Lead full-time production, acting as a line manager to specific junior staff and overseeing their professional development

The CANDIDATE
With extensive experience in a similar role within a creative environment, you will have an excellent knowledge of digital output, delivering short-form branded and editorial content.
You will also have proven experience working with talent, and specifically influencers, with concise attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Lastly, you will have clear, concise and correct communication with clients and partners at all times.
