Future Studios produces a series of hit digital shows under the 'Truly' brand, which run across all the major digital platforms, amassing millions of views on Facebook, YouTube and Snapchat. We're looking for a Senior Producer to work on several of our newest shows.

The successful candidate will have experience of creating and delivering successful fact-ent / factual / documentary digital content across multiple platforms.

Roles and responsibilities:

Lead a small production team to cast, produce, script and launch several new strands of original digital video content.
Manage every step of the production of your stories - pitching them, writing scripts and briefing PD's who will film the episodes.
Handle on-screen talent and often vulnerable contributors.
Pitch in new ideas that will keep our series refreshed and exciting, ensuring that Future Studios and Truly stays ahead of the competition through innovation.
Help to create fresh new series brands and formats, delivering innovative, popular factual show ideas aimed at young audiences.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

A track record of producing fact-ent and documentary styles short-form films.
Excellent documentary storytelling and script writing skills.
Experience of overseeing shoots.
Great organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Experience of managing small production teams.
An understanding of digital first social content, platforms, and emerging trends in digital video.
Some experience of working with talent would be useful.
