Why we need you: -
We are an in-house creative agency producing global and local branded content, including long form programming, live streams and short form social content, for the Stars Group's main verticals (Poker, Casino and Sports) across TV and digital platforms.

Reporting to the Senior Editorial Manager, your role will involve managing projects end-to-end, overseeing the production of core departmental output including short form programming, social media content and promotional videos.

You'll also be building and managing relationships with all verticals and internal clients, creating and delivering treatments and content plans to their briefs. Working as a creative and editorial expert and consultant you will be researching new trends and social media practices. You'll also work closely with the Social Analytics team to inform content ideation and strategies.

As a Senior Producer you will be attending and directing shoots, including edits and voiceover sessions, on location in the UK and abroad. Throughout this managing staff and freelancers on site and on location will be a requirement.

Who are we looking for: -
A natural leader and team player, with strong editorial skills, an excellent critical eye, and a vast knowledge of the digital content landscape. A forward thinker, with a passion for creating unique content that keeps our brands ahead of the curve. You need to be well organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, and an excellent communicator - both written and verbal - with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage key stakeholders to deliver on their requirements.

You should be a hands-on individual, with experience of producing short form video content, and the ability to conceptualise, discuss and present marketing ideas. You should be competent with your understanding of Adobe software, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.

As the ideal candidate, you will have: -
A proven track record in format development and production. Experience within the gaming sector, plus a knowledge of, or passion for poker, would be desirable.
