We are looking for a Senior Post Production Producer.

A brief description of the role:
Planning and organising post production schedules
Scheduling Post Production changes into Farmers Wife
Raising POs supplying invoices to finance team
Assessing project and resources requirements. Bringing in more resource when required.
Gathering quotes that are related to post production equipment and freelancers
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
Determining quality control standards
Overseeing and QC'ing edits and animations
Networking with post production companies and freelancers and building solid relationships
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
Supervising the work of junior staff
Working with the versioning team to supply assets needed for transcreation.

Required knowledge & skills
Expert knowledge of Post Production workflows including 2D & 3D animation
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite
Know how to ensure that all necessary licences and clearances have been obtained before sign off. Eg: VO, Music & Stock Footage
Have highly developed communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, advanced analytical & organisational skills
Be able to work effectively, and with diplomacy and sensitivity, with all members of the team
Strong budgeting and financial skills
Pay precise attention to detail and have a methodical approach to work
Update to date with broadcast delivery specs
Have strong IT skills, and knowledge of the relevant computer packages
Have up-to-date knowledge of the legal requirements regarding working hours and the duty of care towards personnel
Experience working on many short/long term projects as a post production producer
Working for companies that have created online content videos
