We are looking for a Senior Post Producer for Gramercy Park Studios

Responsibilities
* The role of a Senior Producer at Gramercy Park is to entice clients to bring their work to us. To enable the company and its artists to perform at its best during the course of any given production.
* We expect you to be proactive in all dealings with clients as you will be primarily seller of "Gramercy Park", it's boutique ethos and product - this may take the form of both nurturing & growing current client relationships and introducing new ones. This will be actively encouraged to do so.
* All meetings with clients to discuss potential jobs will be attended by yourself and key members of the potential team in order to keep consistency on all projects as best we can. Creative issues will be discussed in detail with Senior Artists and all negotiations should initially be discussed with management.
* Your role as Senior Producer encompasses both front & back house dealings with other departments throughout the company.
* You as a Senior Producer will also be expected to advise and help more junior members grow.
* You will be responsible for all budgetary negotiations as well as scheduling on all jobs you work on. All estimates are to be in writing confirming your discussions and sent together with a schedule when relevant. You will also be responsible for scheduling all your jobs clearly with the scheduling department and responsible for reconciling the job and gaining client approval for invoicing.
* On occasion you will be required to work longer hours, as you will need to take ownership and manage each job that is going through the facility. * We expect you to take this responsibility seriously and in the event that you are unable to be available you will ensure that your job has been handed over to one of the other producers who should be fully briefed to stand in for you.
* You will be expected to learn fully; technical, pipelines & workflow capabilities of all Gramercy Park facilities as well as the artist who is ideally suited to certain clients and types of work
* Sales are an ongoing part of your role and you must endeavor to continue to introduce new clients to Gramercy Park as well as learning about the existing client base, knowledge of their previous work and any existing discount.
* It is of the utmost importance that your paperwork is always up to date, accurate and methodical.You are responsible for ensuring that our Account's department are given accurate weekly figures for all your jobs and the Tracker is updated reflecting this.
* You are for the most part expected to run productions single handedly, however it is your responsibility to flag issues or potential issues at the earliest opportunity with management. They will always provide the support you need and help you find solutions.
* Some of our clients are other companies within the Hogarth & WPP groups. They must be given the same level of service and attention as all other Gramercy Park clients.
* You must keep up to date with what is happening in the industry, always read trade press, keep an eye on our competitors, pass on news and share your knowledge.
* Most importantly, enjoy what you do, the work you produce and have fun.
