The RoleWorking exclusively for one of our biggest and best clients, we are looking for a multi skilled Senior Film Producer who can manage and inspire a small team of filmmakers and animators, whilst being able to work across multiple projects collaborating with product owners and other stakeholders.You'll be involved in the entire creative process - generating treatments, writing scripts, consulting with clients and presenting ideas and work. The ability to communicate your ideas clearly as well as being able to challenge and advise where appropriate is a must. We are looking for someone who wants to get involved with projects at every stage, you will be as comfortable working with talent as you would be behind a camera. We want someone who can manage multiple projects as well as shifting briefs and deadlines.You will lead from the front using the highest production standards whilst maintaining a solid level of efficiency. Taking the wider team on the journey is vital, upskilling and developing them to ensure the highest possible output from the team.The TeamWhen it comes to learning film, versatility is key. Our producers can work across all elements of a production which gives us the ability to move at pace and turn around multiple projects efficiently and to a high spec. The team is a mixture of film producers and animators as well as other creatives. Key Skills* You have experience with and can comfortably lead a team of creatives* Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior executives* Be able to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to clients and other team members* The confidence and knowledge to challenge and advise where appropriate* The ability to develop treatments, write scripts, produce, shoot and edit.* Ability to manage large and small budgets and scale production when necessary.* Work well under pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time* Positive attitude, strong work ethic and being able to work as part of a team is a mustThis is a role that needs a confident, enthusiastic individual who was first to put their hands up in and isn't scared of trying new things. Requirements* At least 5 years experience inhouse or agency side - experience in both is preferable.* At least 3 years people management experience* A background in creative writing* A strong knowledge of production, from small scale to multiple day/camera shoots* Clearly demonstrate and show examples of production experience* Be comfortable using a FS7 or similar and able to set up and light a 2-camera shoot when necessary.* Edit to a high standard on Premiere Pro.* A base knowledge of Adobe suite, with an ability to use After Effects being a real bonus.
