We are looking for a talented, driven and creatively-minded Senior Editor to join our Broadcast team. The Senior Editor will create exciting and entertaining original content (documentaries, trailers, branded content and educational short form work) relating to the National Theatre for a variety of online platforms and publishers, as well as other forms of distribution, including cinema and television. The role will be a collaborative one, working with several other creative departments, pitching on projects, offering sound advice on film delivery and driving forward new types of film content for the organisation. The Senior Editor will also oversee and lead on National Theatre Live post-production in collaboration with the BFPP Manager, NT Live producers and external crew.The successful candidate will have a strong track record editing across film content in an arts or editorial context, with proven experience of successfully delivering creative content to brief, on time and on budget. An ability to work independently, present ideas and solutions confidently and a passion for engaging and quality film content is key.
