Barcroft Media are looking for a Senior Edit Producer with music experience to work on a feature-length hip-hop music documentary for US platform Complex Media.

The project is largely edit based, creating a new documentary from a mixture of archive, music, material shot previously by Complex, plus some new additional interview material with the band which will be part of the project.

The role involves owning the project editorially, reporting into an Executive Producer in the UK, and working collaboratively with a Director based in the USA. It will include writing the full edit script, working with a team to source archive and music, helping with set up of filming in the USA, dealing with the client and contributors.

You must have previous working experience of:
- Producing and directing music documentaries and working with archive.
- Dealing with clients, ideally with an awareness of Complex and their content.
- Highly experienced edit producing and owning creative through to delivery.

Starting early/mid-July for approximately 4-5 months, you must be available to film in the USA during this time (exact dates TBC).
