We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting producer, whose primary responsibility will be driving development, production and delivery of high quality video to support the strategic objectives of the company. These videos will be created by a mixture of the in-house team, freelancers and external production companies; and this producer will be expected to lead the editorial and creative direction of these video projects. The videos will be differing lengths and formats; and distributed across social media.

The Senior Producer will have direct responsibility for the line management and personal development of the video team and will also be required to influence and indirectly supervise video production wherever it happens. You will:
Develop a strong slate of ideas across multiple platforms.
Motivate a team of producers to create engaging video content.
Ensure that the entire video team is proactive in its use of audience research and that video strategy is constantly evaluated and adapted in response to insights gleaned from data and competitor review.
Help to manage resource to make sure that schedules are adhered to and content is produced on time and delivered to spec.
Establish a pipeline of videos to serve all strategic aims of the content team.
Ensure all video content created is legally compliant and brand approved.
Manage work-flow with the rest of the content team.
What do we require from you?
We are looking for a hands-on storyteller who is comfortable getting stuck in with shooting and editing, if the need arises.
A strong track record for developing new ideas and showing creative leadership in a digital environment.
A good understanding of the production process of television / digital video is essential.
