The role: Senior Digital Designer

We are looking for Senior Digital Designers to join our dedicated Design Studio team, based in our Leeds service office.

Why we need you:-

As we continue to expand our Marketing Centre of Excellence we require experienced Senior Digital Designers to craft high-level animated digital design conception across all areas of the business.

With strong skills in HTML, CSS and Javascript, your passion for digital means you'll be just as confident coding an external display banner, as you will be integrating an API from one of our many digital advertising partners.

Your work on a wide range of digital advertising formats will include DCO/DMP platforms (eg, FlashTalking, Google, Celtra, Sizmek) with strong skills across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Web/Online, Social Media platforms and high level Rich Media Digital Advertising.

This includes analysing briefs, articulating your ideas to stakeholders across the business and helping to manage large projects from initial brief through to completion. Alongside working with the other design disciplines, you'll always put our customers at the heart of every design.

As part of this role, you will work closely with the Creative team to ensure that all work is on brief and on brand, and with the Digital Advertising Design Manager to ensure that all work is within timelines. You'll also actively contribute to design processes and procedures to support the business' design requirements. It's key that you keep abreast of new technologies and innovations so we can continue to be leaders in the online gaming industry.

Who Are We Looking For:-

As a self-starter needing a minimum of supervision, you'll:

Play a key role in championing technologies and our brands at all levels, whilst inspiring the team members.
Maintain and grow Design Studio working relationships across the business.
Help inspire the team members within the digital advertising design team as well other designers within the design studio.
Develop player tournament apps with our Live Events team
You'll require advanced skills in Digital Advertising Rich Media and Social Media platforms including Facebook experience. Canvas, carousels and slideshows, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Twitch.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Knowledge or interest of Poker, Casino and Sports-betting industries and advanced 3D design experience particularly in Cinema4D.
