You'll have worked in development already at a leading company. You'll have your own contacts and favourite commissioners and buyers. You'll have an insatiable desire to consume new shows and learn why they work. You must be able to write beautifully and an eye for making classy treatments. You'll have a flair for shooting and cutting taster tapes. You're going to be a champ of popular culture and you love your music.
