Senior Creative

London

We're a social creative agency headed up by three Davids and a Laura: David Schneider, David Levin, David Beresford and Laura Tannenbaum. Together, they've assembled the best 101 people in the business, and are still growing.

Last year we were acquired by PR powerhouse, Weber Shandwick, an agency that excels at creating engaging campaigns fueled by world-class audience research, strategy and data. The acquisition not only gives us access to a ton of industry expertise and specialist knowledge but also the IPG Network, which includes highly accredited agencies such as McCann, FCB and MullenLowe to name a few.

We pride ourselves on our innovative approach to social which gains cut-through and significantly increased engagement for our clients. Whether it's leading E4 to become the biggest broadcaster on Facebook, executing an award-winning campaign for HSBC or creating content for some of the UK's best-known festivals, That Lot have been behind countless successful accounts and campaigns. Our client list includes brands and broadcasters such as Channel 4, Twitter, Disney, HSBC UK, FOX, McCain, BBC Radio 1, Paddy Power, Big Bus Tours, Rimmel and many others.

We're a tight-knit family at That Lot and that means our office is a lively and fun place full of super talented, incredibly hard-working and amazingly friendly people. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where people want to work and collaborate, learn and grow.

What we're looking for: Great ideas, beautiful execution, unerring consistency.

We're looking for a social-obsessed Senior (or Midweight looking to take the step-up) conceptual creative to take a multi-award-winning team to new heights. You'll have 4-5 years' agency experience conceiving and activating social campaigns, and you'll understand that 'the big idea' also needs to live beyond. You're an expert on all the latest platforms, you're comfortable working on large client accounts with lots (and lots) of stakeholders, and your portfolio is bursting with stuff so good, we're almost a bit embarrassed to have to interview you.

Predominantly working for a large financial services client, you'll also have the ability to manage, oversee and quality-control the work of other creatives, and work collaboratively with other teams within the agency, and other agencies within the IPG family. You'll be confident in dealing with clients face to face and will be equally at home sub-editing a tweet, leading a brainstorm or directing social video content.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Creatively lead a multi-disciplinary team of creatives, designers, editors and other specialists to execute your ideas across multiple projects and on-going timelines.
* Ensure final deliverables meet our standards and client expectations.
* From conception to implementation, your leadership in ideation, storytelling and content production across teams is essential.
* Craft and present beautiful ideas, direct to client, weekly.
* You'll understand the craft and know how to take an idea through from conception to award entry
* Ensure the work of more Junior creatives is on-brand and up to standard.
* Closely working with the strategy team to develop creative platforms and content plans
* Line management

SKILLS REQUIRED
* A verifiable wordsmith, with a great eye for design.
* A conceptual, strategic and creative thinker, as capable of cracking big, cross-media brand ideas as tactical platform specific campaigns.
* Constantly pushing boundaries and being bold with ideas big and small - and confident presenting them, internally and external.
* Strong ability to prioritise work and resources based on short- and long-term need. Timeline, budget, and availability changes - we need someone who can roll with it.
* Understanding of different channels, with a particular passion for social media platforms and a demonstrable knowledge of their strengths and weaknesses.
* A clear understanding of the role of paid/organic social media and how they interact in wider campaigns/marketing or PR plans. Examples of repurposing assets and making them best-in-class social are welcome.
* Design & editing skills welcome but not required

EXTRA AWESOME
* Hungry to create iconic, innovative, award-winning work
* Obsessed with culture, both digital and IRL
* Appreciation for great work - up to date with the latest and greatest, with an excellent knowledge of what's happening in the industry. Constantly looking for new formats with which to innovate
* An interest in and understanding of creative uses of technology and innovation right across the industry
