Job Summary:
Maintain the creative vision across our brand assets reporting into our Creative Lead.
InDesign skills are desirable
Concept and execute shoots providing assets across all channels.
Protect the brand vision
Understand how to create and maintain a coherent brand vision.
Be the person on the shoot pulling all the elements together
Concept shoots from quick reactive social posts to big engaging campaign shoots.
Brief the production team from concept to end delivery.
Support ideation for internal discussions
Have an understanding of video briefing and edit processes.
Highly creative with strong interest in young women's fashion
Ability to be reactive but also have long term overview.
Work collaboratively across marketing, studio and buying teams and with stylists and photographers.
Brief in splash updates and landing pages.
Consistent at staying on top - trend forecasting, image reviews, knows what's hot first!
Support with ensuring our internal comms are relevant
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar or art directive role
General:
• Up to date with internal trend packages
• Monitor external trends featured by social media leads, competitors, magazines and blogs ensuring we are up to date.
• Considers all campaigns and projects integration with social media
• Support on all campaign delivery
• Assist with department report generation
• Develop strong working relationships with other departments Buying & Merchandising, Design, Creative, Ecommerce, Studio, Warehouse.
