We work with some of the best talent in front of and behind the camera. We are looking for a Senior Coordinator / Junior Production Manager to join the team full time at CC-LAB. Ideally with experience and a keen interest in Music, Entertainment, Live OBs, Docs and Branded Content. This is an exciting opportunity to join a truly passionate company and fast growing team! We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has a passion for production. You will provide direct support to the production team and execs, working across a diverse range of projects from development to delivery. The role will be varied, working across multiple projects which will need to be managed simultaneously.SKILLS REQUIRED / WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Able to provide logistical and administration support to the Production Manager, Execs and production team across various projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. High level of organisation and attentional to detail Able to work well on tight deadlines, budgets and under pressure. Experience and expertise of setting up location filming and organising the logistics of large crews on location.Confident producing Call Sheets and production paperwork for a wide range and level of shoots Able to support the Production Manager and wider team with budgeting and costing throughout all stages of production, as well as managing and updating budgets as projects progress. Efficient problem solver - finding cost effective solutions to potential budget hurdles Confident negotiating with suppliers and crew to secure the best rates for each project Enjoy working in a fast pace environment across multiple productions Confident using excel and Microsoft office programmes Knowledge of the post-production process for broadcast (edit, audio, broadcast delivery specs etc)Understanding and experience of completing post-production paperwork as well as music cue sheets and Albert sustainability for broadcast delivery (a bonus) Enjoys being part of a close-knit company and works well as part of a team Please Note: This is a London office-based role.
