A leading Film Production company is recruiting experienced, multi-skilled Producer/Directors for a full-time contract based in Qatar.
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate practical knowledge and experience of concept generation, producing, directing, shooting and editing across a variety of film projects. Candidates with a broad range of hands-on film-making experience are encouraged to apply.
You must be willing to relocate to Qatar for the duration of the contract. Salary is dependent on individual experience, creativity & skill.

Role:
• A strong, creative self-shooting Producer/Director, experienced in all end-to-end production processes.
• Generation of compelling, creative concepts, as well as the ability to add valuable creative input to existing concepts.
• Responsibility for managing film projects from concept to completion, ensuring they remain within budget and on schedule.
• Working independently or collaboratively, to deliver a broad range of film collateral.
• Self-shooting and self-editing skills are essential.
• Dependable, self-motivated and flexible with the ability to overcome challenges and work to deadlines.
• A confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage client expectations with diplomacy and tact.
• Up to date knowledge of the latest camera equipment, editing software, technologies and industry practices.
• An understanding of Middle Eastern culture is beneficial, preferably with experience of either working in the region or producing work for Middle Eastern clients.

Requirements:
• All round knowledge of working with the latest cameras and equipment, including RED, Arri, Canon, Sony, Blackmagic and Panasonic.
• Practical experience working in Adobe Creative Suite and using Arabic text and fonts in post-production.
• Graduate of a Bachelor level degree in film/media or a related field.
• Arabic language skills are preferable but not essential.
