Self Shooting PD

Yorkshire

Hi everyone,
We are looking for a self-shooting PD for a factual entertainment/obs doc series for Discovery+ and Really. Filming will take place predominantly in Yorkshire.

This is a light-hearted, fun series, involving antiques, an auction house, and all the people who work in it. We are after experienced, strong shooters who can put contributors at their ease. You should be used to making series that have a lot of structured format points to hit in a day's shoot; be organised and proactive in the planning of your shoots; be a good story producer able to come up with ideas for scenes; have experience of running multi-cam shoots and using Go-Pros (and maybe sliders to get beautiful set-ups and shots of antiques); be confident at, and have experience of, directing talent; be good at running a small team in a fun, happy, nurturing environment

The start date would ideally Monday 8th August, but we could wait until Monday 15th August. End date would be 3rd Feb 2023.
We are an inclusive employer and we welcome applications from all backgrounds under-represented in the TV industry. If you would like to apply for this role, please email your CV.

Thanks!
