Self Shooting Cameraperson / Videographer wanted to film corporate videos.

We are looking for a freelancer to build a long term relationship with. Initially there is a job coming up to film a case study video (talking heads and broll) in Manchester beginning of April. We also look for someone in general to film interviews and general conference event filming. In some cases you also have to take a few stills.
As a Self Shooting Cameraman / Videographer, you need to be confident to guide the interviewee and modify the questions to get the best soundbites from the interview. Even if there is someone/client asking questions - they often don't have experience in asking questions and might have to be directed. Even if they do and you know you are not getting the right footage you have to speak up! In most cases, you have to film, check the sound, as well as do the interviews as a one man band. Thus, do the whole filming process yourself and make your own creative decisions to get the best results.

Ideally you own your own 4K camera for the interviews and an ENG type camera for conferences. You also need to own a set of lapel microphones and some fairly decent lights/LEDs/Softbox.

The locations will be mostly in the greater Manchester area.

Most of our clients have lower to mid-range budgets so the rates are £225 for a half day and £300 for a full day shoot all inclusive. Further afield travel will be paid extra.

You need a decent internet connection to upload proxy files to the editor.

2. What camera(s), sound and lights do you own?
3. If it's a very noisy network environment and you have to record some vox pops. How would you do it/what microphones would you use?
4. If you edit. What software do you use?
5. Do you own a car/drive?
