Our scripted team excels in producing fiction films and television drama that is provocative and redefining in their approach. We work with the world's leading directors and talent and collaborate with some of the most influential figures in film to create eventful, genre-defying theatrical releases and TV single dramas & drama series.
Role:
This role is working on behalf of Pulse Films on scripted productions ensuring that the productions run smoothly, by working closely in support of the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Production as well as being a central point of contact between internal Pulse teams, production teams, broadcasters, financiers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide diary management support to the COO
Own regular team calendar invites, managing schedule changes
Draft meeting agendas
Responsible for note-taking/minutes during appropriate regular meets, or as instructed by COO
Assist in the distribution of confidential information and documents
Ensure smooth-running of day-to-day processes and information exchange within the scripted team
Liaise with other Pulse teams, securely sharing company and production information when appropriate
Contributes to the refinement and implementation of internal production processes
Assists HOP and Scripted Co-ordinator in updates to production, finance and legal trackers
Assist in production and location research tasks, compiling reports as required
Committed to growing understanding of production and internal processes
Support the team to effectively co-ordinate information exchange between internal departments and external vendors, broadcasters and production teams.
Support the Scripted Co-ordinator in ensuring production and post paperwork and deliverables are properly archived and delivered
Support COO and HOP with travel arrangements and expense reconciliations
Provide administrative support to the Scripted team
Support COO in creation of team/company documents, including PowerPoint presentations

Minimum 1 year experience in film or scripted TV production or in a similar environment is essential
Communicates clearly and effectively
Good sense of ownership and responsibility
Enthusiasm to learn production processes and industry standards

Develops perseverance to finish tasks to completion
Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in carrying out responsibilities
Knowledge and experience with production processes is preferred
Strong written and numerical skills, detail oriented
Able to manage time and priorities with limited supervision
Must have a passion for film and TV and be avid watchers of both
Proven ability to manage high pressure environment and multi-tasking
Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficient
Proven commitment to a career in film and television production
Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels with a courteous, helpful manner.
