The Role:
Working closely with one of our clients, a well-known high street brand, the Schedule Manager is responsible for the content planning schedule across the account and will collaborate closely with the client to project manage the content over the year and track projects through development, commission, production and delivery. The Schedule Manager will work alongside the Green Rock production, post and studio teams whilst being a central point of contact with the client and partner agencies for all content being managed through the content schedule. The successful candidate should be a detail focused administrator and facilitator with solid schedule management experience, excellent client management skills plus experience in video content production, including production schedules and budgets, coupled with an excellent understanding of creative video production processes.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
· To be responsible for managing a complex content schedule with multiple stakeholders, including forward planning with the client and ensuring projects are commissioned with suitable lead time
· To track projects through the production process from briefing and commissioning though to production, post and delivery, communicating with client on status updates
· To run and manage the planning platform as a scheduling and project management tool, maintain a overview dashboard and to feedback on data, status updates and delivery targets on a timely basis, providing analysis of data as required
· To establish a strong relationship with the client and collaborate closely with the main stakeholders to keep projects on target and the schedule up to date
· To identify project tariffs and make recommendations with regards to project pricing and schedules.
· To liaise with key partners and other creative agencies
· To be responsible for sourcing project detail and data from multiple stakeholders including chasing for updates and responses on project status
· To be the central point of contact and facilitator for all stakeholders and partners for project scheduling
· To identify project efficiencies and collaboration opportunities across agencies
Required skills & experience:
· Experience administrating and managing a content schedule, being across a range of detail and handling multiple projects across the schedule
· Experience using scheduling systems to manage complex schedules including highlighting summary data in dashboard
· Experience of production budgets and schedules
· Knowledge and understanding of creative production processes
· Excellent communication and people skills with client management experience
· Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise
· A proactive work approach with a can-do, solutions focused attitude and excellent customer services skills
· Proven ability to collaborative with a diverse range of roles and levels across multiple teams
