Schedule Information Assistant

An exciting opportunity has come up to join Children's Scheduling team as a Schedule Information Assistant for 2 months starting from mid-January.
You will provide support to the Children's Scheduling Team in producing, administering and communicating the most strategic, creative and competitive schedules transmitted across all children's platforms. You will also help BBC Children's compete effectively in the children's landscape by managing scheduling information in the Broadcast Management System, to check and maintain schedule contracts, programme information and compliance details.
To be a successful Schedule Information Assistant you'll have first class IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office, knowledge of reporting or database management systems such as Compliance Manager/Business Objects and experience of Broadcast Management Systems (What's On/On-Air/Vision etc.)
Ideally you'll have previously worked in a television scheduling environment with an understanding of transmission schedules and have a passion for BBC Children's programmes, schedules, output and brand identity.
